I went for a long ride on the weekend, 124km, it was good to ride for a long time over a lot of hills with fellow IM riders.

I have Mario from Penny's coaching me for the big TT at the Road Nationals in October, it makes me confident to know that he is setting my programme knowing that he comes with a lot of experience of riding and TT's at a professional level.
