I want to use the blog format to update on my progress with the IM training as I head toward IM 2010.
I am doing 5km per week right now and it feels really good, I'm meeting Michi next Friday to have a coaching session and review my distances. I want to up the distances to 2km on the long sessions which will make it 6km per week.
I also have got my wetsuit, an APEX2 from the Swim Shop in Wellington, they have been really great with setting me up with my wetsuit
